Nanotechnology injected into his body gives him superhuman abilities, but he has to recognize that it also makes him the character of an unscrupulous company. The action highlight is based on the famous Valiant comics of the same name.

Based on the bestselling comic book, Vin Diesel takes on the role of Ray Garrison, a soldier who died in an operation and is now being brought back to life by the RST Corporation as Bloodshot, a person with supernatural abilities. With a lot of injected nanotechnology, it is unstoppable – stronger than ever and able to heal itself immediately if injured. But with the control of his body, the corporation also rules his brain and mind. Ray doesn't know what's real and what's not – but he's going on a mission to find out.
The main roles in BLOODSHOT are played by Vin Diesel ("Fast & Furious 8"), Eiza González ("Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw"), Sam Heughan ("Bad Spies"), Toby Kebbell ("Planet of the Apes: Survival") and Guy Pearce ("Memento"). Directed by David S. F. Wilson. The screenplay was written by Jeff Wadlow and Eric Heisserer, based on the Valiant comic. The producers are Neal H. Moritz, Toby Jaffe, Dinesh Shamdasani and Vin Diesel. Dan Mintz, Louis G. Friedman, Yu Dong, Jeffrey Chan, Rita LeBlanc, Buddy Patrick and Matthew Vaughn are responsible as executive producers.
