ENSLAVED announce the release of their new studio record "Utgard" for the coming autumn. The first single is scheduled for release on May 22nd.
ENSLAVED have announced on social media that Nuclear Blast Records will release their next studio album "Utgard" for next fall. The new record of the Norwegian metallers was recorded in the Duper Studio in Bergen and the Solslottet Studio by drummer Iver Sandøy before Jens Bogren did the mixing on Fascination Street in Örebro, Sweden. The first single will be posted online on May 22, including a video clip. Here you can already take a look at the cover artwork designed by Truls Espedal. ENSLAVED released their current longplayer "E" in 2017. Originally "Utgard" should have been released earlier, but due to the current rampant corona pandemic, the release was postponed until autumn 2020. An exact release date is not yet known according to the current status. With the album announcement, ENSLAVED also assure all their fans that they are doing well and that all band members are in good health.
