The Witcher: The storylines of the first season

At the center of the action is the city of Cintra, in addition to the sorcerer Geralt von Riva. The various storylines begin, play and end at the time of Cintra's destruction and come together towards the end of season 1. “The Witcher” / Geralt von Riva:
90 years before the decline: Geralt is abandoned as a young boy by his mother near the witch's fortress
he survives the wizard's various experiments and is widely known as "The Witcher"
32 years before Cintra's decline: When Geralt is about 58 years old (magicians age much more slowly) he meets the magician Stregebor
the latter wants to see the former princess Renfri dead because he believes that she belongs to the entourage of the demon Lilith
Renfri tells him that the Queen of Cintra won her first battle
Geralt kills Renfri and becomes the butcher of Blaviken
30 years before Cintra's decline: Geralt meets and kills the striege
Thirteen years before Cintra's decline: Geralt meets the bard Delphinium, who is also a poet
the two become best friends and go on adventures together
Delphinium asks Geralt to travel to Cintra with him, where the witcher meets Queen Calanthe, who is looking for a man for her daughter Pavetta, who is secretly in love with the cursed Duny
Geralt stands up for the two and is to be rewarded by Duny with the “Law of Surprise”, the first thing the “rescued” finds as home and does not expect
This is the unborn Ciri because Pavetta is already pregnant
Shortly after birth, Pavetta and Duny disappear on the high seas and Ciri grows up with Queen Calanthe
Ten years before Cintra's decline: Geralt and the magician Yennefer meet
She is currently trying a spell to regain fertility, but almost dies
Geralt therefore binds himself to her (through a wish on a Djinn) – this also makes him fall in love with her
Shortly before the decline of Cintra: Geralt and Yennefer meet again (they already had several appointments and Ritterpron has aged)
Geralt is still trying to stop Yennefer from becoming fertile again
When she learns that Geralt was bound to her by the Djinn, her ways separate
Cintra falls: Geralt returns to Cintra because he feels that something could happen to Ciri
however, he is captured by Queen Calanthhe's men because the Queen is afraid he will take Ciri with her
Two weeks after Cintra's decline: Geralt meets a farmer after Geralt was poisoned by Nekkern
Ciri had taken in his wife briefly
At the end of the season, Geralt and Ciri meet in a forest
Yennefer von Vengerberg:
70 years before Cintra's decline: the hunchbacked farmer's daughter Yennefer frees herself from a dangerous situation by accidentally opening a portal
Apparently able to do magic, she is bought by the magician Tissaia de Vries and brought to the Academy of Magic in Aretusa
Here she begins her training and a relationship with Istredd, a magician
She graduated there a few years later
Afterwards, she is in the service of the King of Aedirn and is supposed to protect Queen Kalis and her newborn daughter – but both die in a robbery
